The best offline dictionary I have come in google play..
Open Google Play and Search for the app WordWeb.. Download it and install it in your device..
Open the app, for the first time, opening it will take some time to manage the directories, so have some patient.
Once the database is done, you will be welcomed by showing the meaning of Welcome by default.
You are ready to use now, just type the word in the textbox and it will suggest the words below, click on the word you want and its done..
You can search the word in the online sites also through this app (Internet Required)
Click on the symbol of earth and you will get the following screen.
You can search your meaning in the above listed apps and sites..
